ABOUT US
The word ‘Tattva’ has its roots in Sanskrit, which translates to ‘Elements.’ What sets our
studio apart from the rest is how we incorporate the five elements into our various forms of
yoga and dance. The focus of our studio lies in creating awareness of being fit and choosing
the proper workout for healthy living. The objective of Tattva – The Studio is to offer a variety
of movement-based workouts that would help an individual transform themselves, starting
from their inner selves.
